I completely disagree with 'Orz M'. I have been to Ara numerous times over the last 6 years and Ash & Connor are always patient and helpful and they seem to really care about their customers. The first time I used them, they were unable to find the fault and though they spent hours trying to find the problem, they didn't charge me. It turned out it was one of my work email addresses that was causing each email to be sent 20 times over, which was very irritating to the receivers. I trust Ash implicitly and I think their prices are fair.
Staff at Aria are extremely helpful, professional and considerate. They diagnosed the issue with my laptop for free and didn't even charge for the minor repair that they did. They explained fully the issue, how it might present itself in future, and what to do about it. I'm grateful for their help and thoroughly recommend them to others.
I have used Aria computer Chiswick London for a few years and their service is excellent.I have had 2 hard drives replacements at my request without having to buy a new Mac laptop. They also helped me to upload thousands of photos onto the iCloud and answered technical queries with understandable answers. They always ring with a quote before proceeding with the job . When I dropped my 4 year old laptop and broke the screen I turned to my Nextdoor neighbourhood site for recommendations as to who could advise if it was worth repairing. Three of the 8 people who replied recommended Aria even though it was a bit of a trek. Totally worthwhile - they were helpful, calm and reassuring and fixed it for a very reasonable price within 24 hours. From my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
I was so happy that I found the shop I tried to use a different company before to fix my laptop however I had such trouble of them are than fans aria computer. Ash was amazing he really helped me stay in contact with me when he had my laptop my mind was at rest my laptop was fixed within two days with such a good price thank you so much for helping me.
This is the most helpful and knowledgeable computer shop I have experienced. They upgraded my laptop and have given excellent after-care. I highly recommend. Their servicing is very reasonably priced and turnaround on repairs very timely. A very satisfied customer indeed.
My laptop had a bit of a heart attack and the staff were extremely helpful. The service they gave went above and beyond to help resolve the problems. I am extremely happy with their service (which was reasonably priced too) and although I hope I wouldn't have need of their services again, I would have no issue in coming back.
